Shipping Policy

A notification email containing your shipment's tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during the order process. The standard processing time for orders is typically 5-7 business days to be processed and dispatched. However, during specific collection launches, holidays, and peak seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended. Please note that once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address or selected shipping method.

 

Return and Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable. If you seek an exception, please contact us via email at WEARDARKPARADISE@GMAIL.COM. We retain the authority to decline any exchange request. Exchanges on item(s) purchased through WEARDARKPARADISE.COM, must be made within 14 days of the shipping date. Dark Paradise bears no liability for lost or stolen packages once they are in the carrier's possession with the provided tracking information.
